Introduction
Autex, a pioneer in acoustic innovation, has contributed its cutting-edge acoustic products to the creation of a luxurious co-working environment. LEO, renowned for its expertise in luxury executive serviced offices in and around London, embarked on a new venture by transforming the top two floors of Park House, a contemporary mixed-use building situated off Oxford Street. This project aimed to cater to a high-end audience, embodying sophistication and elegance throughout the design.
Design Concept
In alignment with the established theme of previous LEO establishments, the design concept focused on captivating a discerning clientele with interiors and furnishings exuding opulence. The meticulous layout encompasses an executive lounge, well-appointed meeting rooms, inviting refreshment areas, and serviced office suites seamlessly integrated into a visually cohesive whole. Autex’s expertise in creating imaginative and distinctive interiors made them the natural choice for this project.
Execution
With a collaborative history spanning three previous projects, Autex was well-versed in meeting the demands of creating imaginative and distinctive interiors for LEO. The design capitalizes on an open, spacious layout that maximizes the impact of dramatic double-height curved walls and roofs. Abundant glazing ensures the infusion of natural light, creating an inviting atmosphere throughout the space.
The distinctive features of the space include eye-catching elements with unconventional joinery designs. Teepees, a gracefully arching fin wall in the lounge, and suspended ceiling frameworks adorned with greenery contribute to the uniqueness of the environment. The execution of the design reflects Autex’s commitment to creating spaces that are not only acoustically optimized but also visually striking.

Autex’s acoustic solutions play a pivotal role in enhancing the auditory experience within the premises, contributing to an environment where sophistication and functionality harmoniously coexist.
