Marion and Paul Franck, accompanied by their three children, embarked on a journey to establish roots in Madrid after a series of relocations across the globe. Their new abode, a 151 m² penthouse atop a century-old residential building, presented an opportunity for a transformative living experience.
Architectural Transformation
The penthouse, characterized by its enclosed nature, offered a blank canvas for architectural innovation. The focal point of the renovation was the expansive roof, comprising undulating tiles and wooden beams concealed beneath a false ceiling.
